Support Us
Help us preserve, research, and share the Tutankhamun Spatial Archive.
Your support funds digitisation, open-access online publication, and learning resources for schools and researchers worldwide.
Although part of the University of Oxford, our activities are funded independently through Professor Griffith's original endowment, the resources of which are now limited and cover only essential expenses.

Other options
Buy an original photographic print
A limited number of prints (only a few of each image) are available for sale. These prints have been traditionally produced from Harry Burton’s original glass-plate negatives (not from scans) held in the Archive of the Griffith Institute. They are black-and-white glossy contact prints, the same size as the negatives, made in the photographic studio of the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford between the 1960s and 1990s. There are no plans to print additional prints in the future, so this is an unique opportunity to own an item produced directly from an original archival object.
Price: £30 for one 10 × 8 in. (25 × 20 cm) photograph (+ VAT if applicable; discounts and free postage on large orders).
If you wish to purchase any of these photographs, please email griffith.institute@ames.ox.ac.uk.
The Griffith Institute retains the copyright of these images, which may not be reproduced in publications without permission. Please see our reproduction charges for details.

100% of the proceeds of all prints sold directly by us go towards supporting the Griffith Institute's mission.
Buy a framed print
If you are looking for framed prints of other images in our collection, please see the Griffith Institute Artworks via the Art UK Shop. These are not part of the Ashmolean print run, but may be purchased as modern prints or canvases with official Griffith Institute, University of Oxford, copyright.
