POSITION:
Right forearm; fourth from elbow (of group: X, OO, PP, QQ, RR, SS and SS bis).
DIMENSIONS:
L. 17.8; W. 6.0. cents.
DESCRIPTION:
An elaborate open-work bracelet of three scarabs, four uraei and two
cartouches, divided up into nine sections which are hinged together and
bordered with small gold, lapis lazuli, carneleansic, and green felspar beads.
Front central <scarab> section: scarab of hard pale green stone of the nature of (?) quartzesic.
The scarab of beautiful carved open work upon gold basis, supports
is/<w>ith its forelegs a solar disk (carneleansic).
Either side of central scarab just described
Two uraei 1), inlaid with lapis blue glass, carneleansic and green felspar: they support
upon their heads solar-discs of gold, upon their tails [ 𓂀 ]-signs of green
felspar - the combination of the central disc upon scarab making the
word [ 𓂀 ], as a central device with scarab. The a/<u>raei rest upon nb-
signs of green felspar.
